Arrogant [‘ærəɡənt]
The guy in the office who always brags about how cool he is, how great his vacation was, how beautiful his girlfriend is, or how comfortable his car is. Sometimes you just want to lock him in his car and drive it off a cliff.

They try to act strong, usually to make up for being weak in other areas (like intelligence).
